Youth Sunday School - Live B.I.G.

At Pioneer Church our youth are Living B.I.G. B.I.G. stand for Believe In God. We have a single class for youth of all ages. Our children laugh, play, create, sing, and dance as the learn to love Jesus and love each other. The class meets at 9:00 a.m. Come join the fun. You will be glad you did.

    Junior Church - Live B.I.G Again   

Junior church meets at 10:00 a.m. while the morning worship service is in progress. This class combines Bible lessons along with youth chimes and bell plates for youth of all ages. The Bible lessons are a continuation of  the Live B.I.G. lessons from the 9:00 a.m. class.

Adult Sunday School

 

Last year we began a study series on The Gospels According to America. Our discussion lead us to the founding principles of our country and how some groups, individuals have been successful in removing "God talk" from the public square (public schools, government, etc.) IE: Pledge of Allegiance, Ten Commandments, Lord's Prayer. We then discussed our roles as Christians and do we need to share some of the responsibilities for allowing this to happen. which then lead to our priorities and what are they. Thus began a study series called, The Spiritual Life - Experiencing Jesus Christ as Lord found at www.GoBible.Org written by Bruce N. Cameron, J.D.   The series is designed as a 13 week study, however it took us at least two Sundays (if not more) to get through a lesson. Last year our lessons were:                 1. Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ                 2. Lord of Our Priorities                 3. Lord of Our Thoughts                 4. Lord of Our Desires                 5. Lord of Our Speech   I spoke with the class and asked if they would like to take on a different study and they all agreed they would like to complete this study plan. So this year we will begin with:                6. Lord of Our Prayers - (Psalms 103, Romans 8, John 14, & 1 John 5)                7. Lord of Our Relationships                8. Lord of Our Resources                9. Lord of Our Body Temples              10. Lord of Our Labor              11. Lord of Our Worship              12. Lord of Our Service              13. King of Kings and Lord of Lords   This study is all scripture based and uses life experiences for helping us to apply scripture to our day to day living.
