What's New! Pioneer Church will again be filling 25 Easter Baskets for the children at the EVE shelter in Marietta. The baskets will be available on March 14th, with the age and sex of each child on the handle. Please fill the baskets with toys, candy, etc. The baskets are to be returned to the church by March 25th. They will be blessed during the Palm Sunday service on March 28th.
Due to the weather, the Lenten Bible Study has been moved to a Spring Bible Study. We will be starting some time in April. Stay tuned for further details.
Don't forget that the adult Sunday school class meets at 9:00 a.m. before the worship service. Plan to set your alarm an hour earlier next Sunday and come join the class. You will be glad you did.

Upcoming Events The JoAnna Circle will meet on Wednesday, March 17th, at 9:45 a.m. at the church. Please plan to come and enjoy the food, fellowship, and lesson. Friends are certainly welcome. The ladies of the church will be having a Spa Day on Feb. 20th, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Come enjoy the fun and get pampered for a day. Contact Doris Ladd or Karen Hansen for reservations. Building a Better Burkina will hold a Fountain of Hope Mission at Fairlawn Baptist Church at 7:00 p.m. on March 8th. The Voice of Triumph Community Choir will be performing along with the From the Heart Ministries Mime and Praise Worship Ministry and the Fairlawn Youth Praise Ministry. Proceeds will be used to build wells to provide fresh water for villages in Burkina Faso, Africa. |
